What does vegan and cruelty-free mean? This means that my products do not use ingredients derived from animals nor do we conduct any testing on animals.  Our product contains all-natural ingredients and high-quality essential oils that are safe for most skin types.

Are these products ok for babies and/or toddlers? 

Though these products are all-natural, we always suggest that you test a small area on your skin first to test for irritation.  These products are not tear-free so we also suggest parental supervision for young children.

When will my order ship? Regular processing time is 1-3 business days however, this does not include shipping time. *Due to hiccups in the supply chain, delivery times may be longer than normal.  

Can I pick up orders in person? At this time, all orders will be shipped. 

May I return my product? Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, but I really want you to love your product. If you are unhappy please let me know within 7 days and I will do all I can to ensure your satisfaction. 

What do I do if my order is missing/wrong/damaged? If for any reason your order is damaged or missing please contact us and we will work to take the appropriate action. If your order is incorrect, we will correct it at no expense to you.
